Jeff Persyn has been with The Appelt Company since 1999.  He oversees all construction, operations, and maintenance of the real estate managed by The Appelt Company for its owners.  Construction activities range from grass roots real estate developments, and management of tenant and capital improvements to existing properties.  Operation and maintenance oversight includes human resource management, marketing and leasing, financial operations and asset management, and legal and risk management.

Jeff has brought previous work experience to The Appelt Company from his involvement in the engineering and construction business.  Prior to working at The Appelt Company, Jeff worked at Halliburton / Brown & Root for nine years.  Construction project involvement included Minute Maid Park, the home of the Houston Astros, and Duncan Hall on the campus of Rice University.

Jeff is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds an active Texas Real Estate License, a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, and a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.  He received a Bachelors of Science degree from Texas A&M University in Building Construction in 1991.
